Awesome Gear + Excellent Customer Service

First of all, this was not the original unit that I owned. I had the Ocuzen version but it broke down for some reason and surprisingly, the Naipo service was awesome to replace the unit with a new one because of their superb customer service.

During the transaction, Naipo suggested to replace the Ocuzen with the latest version MGBK-C2030 neck and back massager. This unit is a departure from the Ocuzen as it gives a more deep tissue massage feel plus it has a more durable feel than the Ocuzen. What I like about this is their neck massager as the nape sits perfectly on it when you lean on the device giving a more relaxing feel.
I am currently using this neck and back massager on my work from home setup to make myself more comfortable while working.

Oh and did I say I did not spend anything for this new unit? If you are into home back massager, you should definitely give this a shot. :)

Excellent service and product!

The delivery of the product is surprisingly FAST. This is my best lazada purchase. The product is superb and the customer service is so warm 💚 I have much appreciation for this since some of the sellers I come across are rude so this one is a fresh experience
